1. Product Overview

This product is an industrial-grade waterproof RJ45 panel mount connector assembly designed for Ethernet signal feedthrough in harsh outdoor and industrial environments. Each unit consists of a shielded RJ45 plug pre-terminated onto a black PVC-jacketed screened cable (rated 300V FT2 as printed on the cable jacket), housed inside a black threaded panel mount body with a tethered flip-top dust and weatherproof cap.
 
The threaded body features an external nut and locking ring for secure panel installation, creating a sealed bulkhead fitting that allows an Ethernet connection to pass through an enclosure wall while maintaining IP67-level ingress protection when the cap is closed. The metal-shielded RJ45 plug and screened cable construction provide EMI/RFI shielding, making this assembly suitable for electrically noisy industrial environments where signal integrity must be maintained over Ethernet runs.
