JST wiring harness

1. Product Overview

This wire harness consists of flat multi-conductor ribbon cable in white/light grey with blue printed stripe markings, terminated with two different connector types on each end: a white JST-compatible female socket housing on one end, and an exposed straight male pin header (through-hole or board-mount style) on the other end.
 
This asymmetric A-B configuration is specifically designed for board-to-board or board-to-device connections where one side plugs into a PCB-mounted female housing and the other side inserts directly into a through-hole pin header footprint or a mating female socket on a target board. This is a common wiring pattern used when connecting a daughter board, sensor module, or peripheral to a main controller board where the two connector types differ.
 
The blue printed stripe along the cable provides a consistent pin 1 orientation reference at both ends, ensuring correct polarity during assembly even when the two ends face different directions.
