Sourcing a custom RCA cable assembly that actually holds up across production batches is harder than it should be. The cable runs three individually insulated conductors inside a shared black PVC outer jacket, terminating into three RCA male plugs with red overmold housings on the connector end, and stripped bare leads on the opposite end. That bare-end configuration is deliberate: it's intended for direct PCB soldering, terminal block connection, or further sub-assembly — not for plug-and-play consumer use. Length, conductor specifications, sheath color, and connector plating are all adjustable parameters. We have a 1,500-square-meter factory with 50 to 60 employees, operating six product lines—a moderately sized team capable of meeting various customized requirements with delivery times far shorter than large manufacturers.

Unified jacket over three conductors. Running three separate RCA leads inside one outer jacket keeps routing predictable inside enclosures. Cable management matters at assembly, and a bundled harness cuts installation time compared to three loose cables.

 

Overmold geometry that protects the joint. The red overmold on each RCA connector extends past the solder joint and grips the cable jacket directly. Bend stress is distributed across that transition zone rather than concentrated at the crimp point — which is where most connector failures start in field returns.

 

Bare-end, tinned termination. Factory-stripped and tinned leads mean no prep work on your end before soldering. If your production line uses a different terminal type — Dupont, JST, fork lug, or anything else — that's a standard OEM variation we quote regularly.

 

Batch-to-batch consistency. We checkpoint at conductor tinning, overmold injection, and 100% continuity testing before packing. For customers on repeat orders, dimensional consistency between batches is what keeps your own line qualification stable.
