We received an inquiry from the client via Alibaba in July and maintained close online communication throughout the process, providing technical support and solutions for challenges such as connector selection and connection instability.

To deepen the partnership and verify our solutions on-site, the client visited our factory in August. We conducted an on-site teardown and analysis of the product issues, gave the client a tour of the entire wire harness production process, and demonstrated the manufacturing techniques involved. The client finalized the sample order on the spot, placed a formal order within a week, and has continued to place repeat orders since.

This face-to-face interaction was productive and pleasant; we look forward to a long-term, stable partnership!
